Server Support
This option provides remote support for Microsoft server operating systems. Our Microsoft certified engineers can remotely diagnose and rectify 90 percent of server faults. If remote support is not possible then a site visit would be arranged.
Certain problems that cannot be resolved remotely may require a visit, this option gives the client the ability to call on an engineers within your agreed service level agreement. Some of the key benefits are as follows -
